【目的/意义】互联网的不断发展促使网络舆情的迅速传播与演化,研究多方主体回应网络舆情的影响因素,对于探究网络舆情的形成机理、有效应对网络舆情具有重要的现实意义。【方法/过程】通过构建网络舆情回应的系统动力学模型,采用Vensim PLE软件对模型进行模拟仿真。【结果/结论】结果表明舆情事件、网民、传媒、网媒及政府这五个作用主体与网络舆情存在较强的互动关系,从事件危害程度及敏感度、网民情绪强度、媒体活跃度及政府信息公开度等影响因素进行分析,可为网络舆情的应对提供参考。
[Purpose / Significance] The continuous development of the Internet has prompted the rapid spread and evolution of online public opinion. Studying the influencing factors of multiple public responses to public opinion on the internet has important practical significance for exploring the formation mechanism of online public opinions and effectively dealing with online public opinion. 【Method / Process】 Through the construction of network dynamics of public opinion system dynamics model, the use of Vensim PLE software to simulate the model. [Results / Conclusion] The results show that public opinion events, Internet users, media, network media and government are the main body of the five interaction with the network of public opinion there is a strong interaction from the hazard and sensitivity of the incident, Internet users sentiment, media activity and the government Information disclosure and other influencing factors for analysis, can provide a reference for the network of public opinion.
