利用季胺盐对氧化石墨进行有机化来改善氧化石墨层间的化学环境和扩大其层间距离。再将环状芳香双硫醚化合物插层到其层间。后经层间的环状芳香双硫醚化合物原位热开环聚合,合成了石墨片层剥离分散于聚合物基体中的聚芳双硫醚/石墨纳米复合材料。XRD及TEM均证明了无机片层在聚合物基体中呈剥离分散状态。电导率测试表明所合成的纳米复合材料的电导率较氧化石墨提高了近5个数量级。
The use of quaternary ammonium salts of organic graphite oxide to improve the chemical environment between graphite oxide layers and expand the distance between layers. The cyclic aromatic dithioether compound is then intercalated into its interlayer. After the layer of ring-shaped aromatic dithioether compounds in situ thermal ring-opening polymerization, the synthesis of a graphite sheet stripping dispersed in the polymer matrix polyaryldisulfide / graphite nanocomposites. Both XRD and TEM demonstrated that the inorganic sheets were peeled and dispersed in the polymer matrix. Conductivity tests show that the conductivity of the nanocomposites synthesized by graphite oxide is increased by nearly 5 orders of magnitude.
