黑河市,位于中国黑龙江省北部,北纬47°42′-51°03′,东经124°45′-129°18′之间,市区以黑龙江主航道中心线为界,与俄罗斯远东第三大城市——阿穆尔州首府布拉戈维申斯克市(海兰泡)之间仅相距750米,是中俄4374公里边境线上,开放最早的中国边境城市,辖二市三县二区(北安市、五大连池市、嫩江县、孙吴县、逊克县、爱辉区和五大连池风景区),幅员66803平方公里,有汉、满、鄂伦春、达斡尔等32个民族。
