室间隔穿孔是急性心肌梗死的并发症之一,内科保守治疗效果差,手术则可能挽救患者生命,因而尽早实施外科治疗至关重要。本文就急性心肌梗死后室间隔穿孔的外科治疗时机和效果进行综述。
Ventricular septal perforation is one of the complications of acute myocardial infarction. The conservative treatment of internal medicine is poor, and surgery may save the lives of patients. Therefore, it is very important to carry out surgical treatment as soon as possible. This article reviews the timing and effect of surgical treatment of ventricular septal perforation after acute myocardial infarction.
