在实际工作中,饱和碘化钾极易被氧化而析出碘,因而易造成浪费,同时给工作带来一些麻烦.为延长饱和碘化钾溶液的保存时间,尝试于饱和碘化钾溶液中加入少量饱和碳酸钠溶液,取得满意结果.1 试剂与方法1.1 试剂 饱和碘化钾溶液(配制同国标法,临用时现配);饱和碘化钾溶液分别各加入2滴,0.5ml、1.0ml、2.0ml饱和碳酸钠溶液;其他试剂同国标法;以上试剂均冰箱4℃保存.1.2 方法 同GB/T5009.37—1996食用植物油卫生标准的分析方法.2 结果用加2滴、0.5ml、1.0ml、2.0ml饱和碳酸钠的饱和碘化钾溶液分别于第1d、3d、5d、7d、9d测同一份油脂中的过氧化值5次,同时用临用现配的饱和碘化钾溶液测其过氧化值作对照,5次测定结果差异无显著性.(F_(处理)=0.598,F_(单位)=1.406,P>0.05).
