高温合金定向凝固工艺给熔模铸造提出了新的要求,研制高强度的熔模铸造型壳成了当务之急。本文在对硅溶胶—上店土壳进行生产实际考验并测定其高温性能的基础上,用不同的原材料,采用不同的煅烧温度制备合成莫来石及含锆莫来石,探讨了化学成分、煅烧温度以及锆美粉含量对合成莫来石及用其所制的熔模铸造型壳的高温性能的影响;分析了型壳高温抗变形能力的机理;观测了高温合金K-18同碳化硅、刚玉和天然莫来石三种耐火材料作面层的熔模铸造型壳接触界面间的相互作用。
Directional solidification process of superalloy has put forward new requirements for investment casting. It is imperative to develop high strength investment casting shell. Based on the actual production of silica sol-Shangdian soil crust and its high-temperature performance, synthetic mullite and zircon-containing mullite were prepared with different raw materials and different calcining temperatures. The effects of chemical composition, Calcination temperature and zircon powder content on the high temperature properties of synthetic mullite and the investment cast shell made by it were analyzed. The mechanism of high temperature deformation resistance was also analyzed. The effects of high temperature alloy K-18 and silicon carbide , Corundum and natural mullite refractory three as the surface of the investment casting shell contact interface interaction.
