王广智医师来信指出本刊1992年第1卷第3期131页《低血钾引起双束支传导阻滞》一文的心电图分析中说图1的“QRS波呈三个一组，每组第1、3个QRS波呈不完全性右束支阻滞型”，这与右束支4：l传导．左束支2：l传导致第4个QRS波脱漏的结论有矛盾。因未支不完全阻滞时．传导并未中断
