“商务公寓”实际上填补了办公类物业的一个市场空白点:随着律师事务所、广告、信息等新兴行业的兴起、大批中小型公司完成原始积累,开始寻找真正意义上的办公场所,而不愿再跻身于混杂了自住户的住宅或公寓,但购买高档写字楼有两个门槛使它们很难逾越:一是最小面积单元偏大,二是价格不菲。“商务公寓”恰好解决了它们的难题。
“Commercial Apartment ” actually filled a vacancy in the office property market: With the rise of emerging industries such as law firms, advertising and information, a large number of small and medium-sized companies complete their original accumulation and start looking for real office space.
