目的通过本研究分析影响BRCA1蛋白表达的因素;BRCA1蛋白表达与临床相关指标的相关性。方法检测121例散发性乳腺癌和20例乳腺良性组织石蜡标本的BRCA1蛋白表达,结合ER、HER-2的表达情况和患者的年龄、原发肿瘤的病理类型和腋淋巴结转移状况,进行统计学分析。结果20例乳腺良性组织BRCA1蛋白均在细胞核阳性表达;121例散发性乳腺癌组织按ER和HER-2的表达情况分组后,在ER(+)HER-2(+)、ER(-)HER-2(+)、ER(+)HER-2(-)、ER(-)HER-2(-)各组中,BRCA1蛋白在细胞核阳性表达率分别为37.0%(10/27)、37.5%(6/16)、74.4%(32/43)、65.7%(23/35),乳腺癌ER(-)HER-2(+)与ER(+)HER-2(-)和ER(-)HER-2(-)组间的BRCA1蛋白表达有显著性差异(P<0.05);ER(+)HER-2(+)与ER(+)HER-2(-)组间的BRCA1蛋白表达也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结果表明,乳腺癌组织中HER-2阳性表达的,BRCA1阳性表达率降低;BRCA1蛋白低表达、HER-2高表达的乳腺癌组织,腋淋巴结转移的比例增高;BRCA1蛋白表达在不同病理类型的乳腺癌中未见差异。结论BRCA1蛋白表达检测,结合ER、HER-2的表达水平,对临床判断预后有指导意义。
Objective To analyze the factors influencing the expression of BRCA1 protein and the correlation between the expression of BRCA1 protein and clinically relevant indexes in this study. Methods The expressions of BRCA1 protein in 121 cases of sporadic breast cancer and 20 cases of benign breast tissues were detected. The expressions of ER, HER-2 and the age of patients, the pathological types of primary tumors and axillary lymph node metastasis were analyzed statistically analysis. RESULTS: The expression of BRCA1 protein in 20 cases of breast benign tissues was positive in nuclei. Conclusion The detection of BRCA1 protein expression, combined with the expression of ER and HER-2, is of guiding significance for the clinical judgment of prognosis.
