成人急性小脑性共济失调,国内较少报道,我们于1983～1984年收治12例,结合文献讨论如下。临床资料本组男2例,女10例,年龄18～55岁。发病前1～15天患有感冒8例,乳腺炎、急性阑尾炎、泌尿道感染各1例,原因不明1例。均为突然起病,首发症状为站立、行走不稳10例,头痛眩晕7例,发冷发热2例,视物不清、腹痛尿频、言语困难、吞咽困难、四肢不随意运动各1例,手持物不准7例,
