坝上地区年平均气温2．6℃,昼夜温差10℃左右,夏季最高温度在25℃以下,很适合平菇的夏季生产,尤其是7-9月的低气温、高温差,对平菇的出菇非常有利,而且正好避开全国平菇产菇的高峰,形成错季。另外,坝上高寒地区闲散劳力多,空闲房舍多,玉米芯丰富,这些都是发展坝上高寒地区错季平菇生产的有利条件。笔者经多年栽培,以玉米芯为培养料,总结出一套适合坝上高寒地区平菇错季栽培的高产技术,生物转化率达180％,现介绍如下:
