光纤气体传感器作为本质安全的传感器,具有其独特的优势。传感器的光谱信号解调及数据远程传输是该传感器实用化的基础。基于Lab VIEW和Web服务器开发了一套光纤气体传感器的监控系统,实现了用户管理,传感器光谱信号采集、处理及气体浓度的信号解调等功能,并通过开发Web服务器实现了数据的远程监控。该系统为光纤气体传感器信号解调及工业现场远程实时监测和数据远程传输提出了一种实用方法。
Optical fiber gas sensor as intrinsically safe sensor, has its unique advantages. Sensor spectral signal demodulation and remote data transmission is the practical basis for the sensor. Based on Lab VIEW and Web Server, a set of optical fiber gas sensor monitoring system was developed to realize the functions of user management, sensor spectral signal acquisition and processing and gas concentration signal demodulation. The remote monitoring of data was realized by developing Web server. The system presents a practical method for signal demodulation of optical fiber gas sensor and real-time remote real-time monitoring and data remote transmission in industrial field.
