在互联网络和即时通讯工具的双重作用下,涉及网络服务的知识产权问题受到了全社会的普遍关注。其中,电影网络化传播在为其带来更多收益的同时,却因著作权保护乏力使电影作品的权益收益乱象丛生,为电影事业的健康发展埋下隐患,也在很大程度上扰乱了文化产业和文化市场的秩序。文章以此为视角,针对网络环境下电影著作权的特征、侵权责任认定以及保护措施等问题展开讨论,希望借此为电影事业健康发展提供有价值的信息。
