目的探讨精细化管理在病案管理中的实施效果观察。方法选取2014年6月-2015年6月我院未实行精细化病案管理的病案资料234例为对照组,选取2015年6月-2016年6月我院实施精细化病案管理的病案资料234例为实验组,对两组病案首页质量合格率、病案管理人员职能考核率、病案缺项缺页比例、医患纠纷数量进行比较。结果对病历资料实行精细化管理后,实验组病理首页合格率、管理人员考核率以及患者满意度等都得到显著提高,且发生医患纠纷的概率大大降低,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论精细化管理在医院病案管理中应用效果良好,可对医院病案管理的质量得到有效提高,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To explore the implementation effect of meticulous management in medical record management. METHODS: A total of 234 cases of case-control data from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected as the control group and 234 cases of fine case management from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected. For the experimental group, the quality of the first two cases of medical record pass rate, medical records management staff examination rate, the number of missing medical records, the number of medical disputes compared. Results After the meticulous management of the medical record data, the first pass rate of the pathology of the experimental group, the evaluation rate of the management personnel and the patient satisfaction were all significantly increased. The probability of the occurrence of the doctor-patient dispute was greatly reduced, P <0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion The meticulous management has a good effect in hospital medical record management, which can effectively improve the quality of hospital medical record management and is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
