80年代以来,肝素及其他抗凝剂极为广泛地应用于心、脑血管血栓及栓塞性疾病的治疗。近几年,溶栓疗法在全国普遍展开,为防止再堵塞,溶栓后也需常规应用抗凝剂数天。为达到一定的抗凝效果,又不引起大量出血,在应用肝素前及治疗过程中需反复监测试管法凝血时间,使其1.5~2倍于对照值。目前床旁凝血时间测定采用冷、热水多次添加的方法模拟人体温度,其过程原始、复杂,且误差大。为方便临床,提高工作效率及检测的精确性,我们研制了临床应用试管法凝血时间测定自动水浴洹温器。1 结构设计与工作原理
Since the 1980s, heparin and other anticoagulants have been widely used in the treatment of cardiac and cerebrovascular thrombosis and embolic diseases. In recent years, thrombolytic therapy has been widely implemented throughout the country. To prevent further blockages, anticoagulation agents are routinely applied for several days after thrombolysis. In order to achieve a certain anticoagulant effect without causing a large amount of bleeding, it is necessary to repeatedly monitor the clotting time of the test tube before and during the application of heparin to make it 1.5 to 2 times the control value. At present, the coagulation time at the bedside is measured by using the method of adding cold and hot water for many times to simulate human body temperature. The process is primitive, complex, and has large errors. In order to facilitate clinical and improve the efficiency of work and the accuracy of detection, we have developed an automatic water bath thermostat for the determination of the clotting time in the clinical test tube method. 1 Structural design and working principle
