中央企业多元化投资战略研究一直是国有经济理论和实践的重要研究内容之一。文章在总结中外学者有关企业多元化投资现状研究的基础上,探讨了中央企业进行多元化投资战略的意义、多元化投资的战略定位、多元化投资产业选择、管控模式等几个问题。虽然学术界有关中央企业是否应该进行多元化投资尚未得出一致的结论,但是综合考虑世界强企的发展之路,中央企业的多元化之路势在必行,因此深入研究中央企业的多元化投资战略具有重要的理论和现实意义。
The research on the diversification strategy of central enterprises has always been one of the important research topics in the theory and practice of state-owned economy. On the basis of summarizing the research on the status quo of diversified investment of enterprises by Chinese and foreign scholars, the article discusses the significance of diversified investment strategies of central enterprises, the strategic positioning of diversified investment, the diversified choice of investment industries and the management and control mode. Although academics have not reached a conclusive conclusion about whether central government enterprises should make diversified investments, considering the development path of the world’s strong enterprises, the diversification of central enterprises is imperative. Therefore, it is necessary to study in depth the diversification of central enterprises. Investment strategy has important theoretical and practical significance.
