离子推力器放电室等离子体诊断对研究放电室等离子体特性及放电室性能具有重要意义。为了研究离子推力器放电室等离子体放电过程,调研了国外离子推力器放电室等离子体诊断技术的研究现状,分析了接触式静电探针技术和非接触式光谱技术的工作原理、应用范围、实施要点、技术成熟性、诊断可靠性等。静电探针技术成熟、理论较完善、成本低、操作方便,但会对等离子体产生干扰;光谱技术显著降低了诊断工具对等离子体的干扰,能获得较多精确的等离子体参数,越来越多的应用于等离子体诊断领域。调研分析可以为国内离子推力器放电室等离子体诊断技术提供参考。
