安定区大力推进水土保持生态建设,经历了起步探索、稳步发展、创新提升三个创业阶段。坚持水保立区战略,在梯田建设、流域治理、预防监督、水保产业、科研技术等方面成效显著,创新了治理模式,建立了工作机制,做到了规划先行,强化了预防保护。介绍了水保生态建设的成效和具体做法,展望了今后水保生态建设的发展。
Anding District vigorously promote ecological construction of soil and water conservation, has undergone the initial exploration, steady development, innovation and upgrading of three start-up stage. Adhering to the strategy of establishing water protection bureaus, the Group has made remarkable achievements in terraced field construction, watershed management, prevention and supervision, water conservancy protection industry, and research and technology. The government has innovated the governance mode and established a working mechanism so as to make planning advance and strengthen prevention and protection. The effectiveness and practice of ecological construction of soil and water conservation were introduced, and the development of ecological construction of soil and water conservation in the future was prospected.
