目的了解掌握血站工艺卫生环节消毒效果及消毒质量现状,提出改进措施。方法采取现场调查及采样检测方法,对血站采供血环节消毒管理及消毒质量进行评估。结果 2008-2011年血站储血冰箱空气和物体表面合格率分别为98.9%和95.3%;10家医院储血冰箱空气和物体表面合格率分别为96.7%和88.3%;体检医生和采血护士手合格率分别为10.6%和100%;固定采血点、成分科空气和物体表面合格率均为100%,流动采血点空气和物体表面合格率分别为97.6%和96.4%;血压计和温度计合格率分别为36.6%和62.7%。结论血站工艺卫生环节消毒效果总体较好,但医院和流动采血车的储血冰箱、体检医生手、血压计和温度计采样合格率较低,需要引起重视。
Objective To understand the disinfectant effect and disinfectant quality in the sanitary section of blood station and to propose the improvement measures. Methods On-the-spot investigation and sample detection methods were used to evaluate the disinfection management and disinfection quality of blood collection and blood supply in blood stations. Results The passing rates of air and object surface were 87.5% and 95.3% respectively in blood-stained blood samples from 2008 to 2011. The passing rates of air and object surface in 10 hospitals were 96.7% and 88.3%, respectively. The pass rate was 10.6% and 100% respectively; the passing rate of fixed blood collection point, component air and object surface were 100%, the passing rate of air and object surface were respectively 97.6% and 96.4%; the pass rate of sphygmomanometer and thermometer Respectively 36.6% and 62.7%. Conclusion The disinfectant effect in the sanitary section of blood station is generally good, but the passing rate of blood-storing refrigerator, medical examiner’s hands, sphygmomanometer and thermometer in hospitals and mobile blood collection vehicles is low, which needs attention.
