目前,飞机的液压系统正朝着高压化、大功率、轻质量、多余度等方向发展。高压管道引起的液压冲击会更强烈,剧烈的振动会造成管道元件破坏甚至断裂,这必然对飞机液压系统提出了更高的要求。该文通过在原理试验台进行不同导管形状、不同导管安装状态,以及导管变形状态的应力测试比较,给出了管路布局优化建议。
Currently, the aircraft’s hydraulic system is moving towards high pressure, high power, light weight, redundancy and other directions. Hydraulic shock caused by high-pressure pipe will be more intense, violent vibration will cause pipeline components damage or even rupture, which inevitably put forward higher requirements for aircraft hydraulic system. In this paper, through the principle of test bench for different catheter shapes, different conduit installation status, and the deformation of the catheter stress test comparison, pipe layout optimization recommendations are given.
