“十五”时期,是我国渔业快速健康发展的五年,也是面临重重困难和巨大挑战的五年,全国渔业系统认真贯彻中央农业和农村工作的各项方针政策,共同努力,积极应对复杂局面,取得了一系列的突破和进展,有许多工作和重大事件值得回顾、总结和回味。为此,本刊编辑部特约渔业行政、渔业技术推广、渔业科研及渔业船舶检验等相关主管部门领导谈“十五”渔业成就。由于篇幅较长,本刊将分两期连载。本期刊载农业部渔业局局长李健华和全国水产技术推广总站站长魏宝振对“十五”工作回顾。
During the “Tenth Five-Year Plan”, it is a five-year period for the rapid and healthy development of China’s fisheries.
