目的了解内陆地区市售水产品及环境中副溶血性弧菌血清群分布与耐药性,为科学预防控制由副溶血性弧菌引起的食源性疾病及指导临床合理用药提供依据。方法对从内陆地区荆州市市售水产品及其环境标本中分离得到的副溶血性弧菌,参照GB/T 4789.7-2008用标准血清进行O抗原分型。用K-B法进行药物敏感性试验。结果 58株副溶血性弧菌经血清玻片凝集,共分出9个O群,主要为O1群(22.41%)、O3群(22.41%)和O5群(13.79%)。58株副溶血性弧菌均对4种及以上抗生素耐药,其中对青霉素、氨苄青霉素、阿莫西林100%耐药,只对氯霉素100%敏感,其余14种抗生素耐药程度各异。结论中国内陆城市荆州市存在的副溶血性弧菌血清群呈现多样性,并呈现不同程度耐药,应加强药物使用规范化管理。
Objective To understand the distribution and drug resistance of serogroups of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products and the environment in inland areas and provide the basis for scientific prevention and control of food borne diseases caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus and to guide clinical rational drug use. Methods Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from the aquatic products and its environmental samples from the inland Jingzhou City were classified according to GB / T 4789.7-2008 using standard serum. K-B method for drug susceptibility testing. Results 58 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were agglutinated by serum slide, and 9 O groups were isolated, which were mainly O1 (22.41%), O3 (22.41%) and O5 (13.79%). 58 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were resistant to 4 or more antibiotics, of which 100% were resistant to penicillin, ampicillin and amoxicillin, were only 100% sensitive to chloramphenicol and resistant to the other 14 antibiotics . Conclusion The serogroups of Vibrio parahaemolyticus present in Jingzhou, a inland city of China, present diversity and show different levels of drug resistance. Standardized management of drug use should be strengthened.
