随着设计理论的日益成熟,人们开始意识到设计过程需要以知识为依托,以科学方法为手段,系统的规划一件产品从制造到销售、使用以及维修的方方面面。文章综合运用质量功能展开(QFD)、KANO模型和发明问题解决理论(TRIZ),对工业设计过程进行了系统、科学的规划,并成功指导了校园卡自助终端进的改良设计。在设计初期收集并分析了大量用户需求,通过一致性检验和KANO模型对用户需求权重的修正,总结出了准确可靠的校园卡自助终端用户需求。运用质量功能展开理论对用户的需求进行了分析,合理地规划了有限的资源,提升了设计结果的应用价值。进而运用TRIZ理论很好地解决了改良方案中存在的矛盾,取得了令人满意的设计结果,能够为类似的工作提供一定的参考价值。
As design theory matures, people are beginning to realize that the design process requires knowledge-based and scientific methods to systematically plan everything from manufacturing to sales, use, and maintenance. The article systematically and scientifically plans the process of industrial design through the integrated use of QFD, KANO model and TRIZ, and successfully instructs the improved design of self-service terminal for campus card. In the early stage of design, a large number of users ’needs were collected and analyzed. Through the consistency test and KANO model, users’ needs weights were corrected and summed up the accurate and reliable user needs of campus card self-service terminals. By using the theory of quality function, the user’s needs are analyzed, the limited resources are reasonably planned, and the application value of design results is improved. Then the TRIZ theory is used to solve the contradictions in the improved scheme well, and satisfactory design results are obtained, which can provide some reference value for similar work.
