患者:男,37岁。左肩部隐痛半年余,近一个月因痛重而就诊。既往健康。 查体:体温36℃。左肩胛骨盂下区压痛,患肢上举时痛重。无肌肉萎缩及肿胀,腋窝淋巴结不大,局部皮色正常。 实验室检查:白细胞8.9×10~9/L,中性62％,淋巴38％,血沉20mm/小时。 X线检查:左肩胛骨盂下粗隆处见2.4×3.2cm椭圆形囊状,膨胀性骨质破坏区,内无死骨但有不完整的分隔。破坏区边界清楚有向关节方向生长之趋势,其外下缘骨皮质极薄但关节面完整光滑。厨围无骨膜反应和软组织钙化。(附图) X线诊断:左肩胛骨良性骨肿瘤。
Patient: Male, 37 years old. Left shoulder pain more than six months, nearly a month due to weight and treatment. Past health. Physical examination: body temperature 36 ℃. Left shoulder blade lower back area tenderness, limb pain when lifting heavy. No muscle atrophy and swelling, axillary lymph nodes is not large, local skin color is normal. Laboratory tests: white blood cells 8.9 × 10 ~ 9 / L, neutral 62%, lymphatic 38%, erythrocyte sedimentation rate 20mm / hour. X-ray examination: see the left scapula below the tuberosity at 2.4 × 3.2cm oval cystic, swollen bone destruction, there is no dead but there is an incomplete separation. The boundary of the damaged area clearly has the tendency to grow towards the joint. The outer cortical bone is extremely thin and the articular surface is completely smooth. Kitchen circumference without periosteal reaction and soft tissue calcification. (With photos) X-ray diagnosis: left scapula benign bone tumors.
