二年多的时间,我向新闻单位发言论稿40多篇,用稿率达90%以上。切身体会是,言论写作要做到“四新”: 一、捕捉新问题。新问题从丰富多彩的社会生活中来。中国正处在由计划经济向市场经济过渡的转轨时期,各种新思想、新观念、新趋向、新事物、新问题层出不穷,这就需要言论作者有一双明亮的眼睛,发现、捕捉和思考新问题。今年来,我发现不少企事业单位的领导以轿车、别墅为条件,广招人才。然而,这些“伯乐”对本单位的人才却视而不见。这是个值得思考的新问题。于是,我以《人才“灯下黑”新探》为题写了一篇言论,从“谓之不敢用;谓之不能用;谓之不想用;谓之不把用”四个方面揭示了一些单位领导钟情外才、轻薄内才。此稿被《新华
More than two years ago, I made more than 40 speeches on news items, and the manuscript rate reached over 90%.
