He / she is at the critical stage of diagnosing tuberculosis and starting treatment, providing them with material and spiritual care. It is also essential for the care of the community. Detailed guidance includes the safety and acceptability of direct interview treatment for patients and management units. The purpose of this program put forward by WHO is to give patients the best chance of successful treatment. If the patient’s diagnosed health unit is unable to provide further treatment due to lack of facilities, over-patients or inconvenient transportation, patients may need to go to another TB management unit for treatment or to be admitted to a medical facility outside the TB management unit treatment. However, patients can be enrolled in appropriate management units and under the supervision of an organized system of therapies, which are important for the treatment of TB patients. In order to avoid the danger of losing contact with patients at any stage of the treatment, a good relationship should be established between the patient and the DOT supervisor at the management unit.
