目的：总结膀胱粘膜代尿道治疗复杂性尿道狭窄的治疗效果。方法：彻底切除瘢痕组织，用膀胱粘膜代尿道与尿道行端端吻合治疗复杂性尿道狭窄。结果：膀胱粘膜代尿道治疗复杂性尿道狭窄１０ 例；８ 例一次成功，１ 例感染后行旋转皮瓣修补后成功，１ 例失败。结论：用膀胱粘膜代尿道治疗复杂性尿道狭窄，疗效确切。
Objective: To summarize the curative effect of transurethral resection of urethra on complicated urethral stricture. Methods: Thorough resection of the scar tissue was performed to treat complicated urethral stenosis by end-to-end anastomosis of bladder and urethra with urethra. Results: Bladder mucosa was treated with urethra in the treatment of complicated urethral stricture in 10 cases. One case was successful in 8 cases. One case was repaired by rotary flap after infection and one case failed. Conclusion: The treatment of complicated urethral stricture with bladder mucosa instead of urethra has the definite curative effect.
