尼龙套代替铜套在建筑机械上应用已普遍推行,我们从1973年开始在起重机、挖掘机上采用尼龙套代替铜套已为国家节约铜300多吨,但有些单位对尼龙套性能、装配间隙、加工、保养等关键没有掌握好,致使尼龙套在使用中造成磨损大、高温,甚至使尼龙套抱轴咬死,有的单位干脆就不用了,这样对国家节约铜材是很不利的。其实只要正确使用,不但可以节约铜材,而且性能比铜套还好。
The use of nylon sleeves instead of copper sleeves has been widely used in construction machinery.
