最近,我们对一些大中型国营企业的状况进行了典型调查、资料分析,并就有关问题进行了座谈,了解到一些情况,产生了一些想法。一、企业目前的困境我国现有大中型国营企业一万多家,占全国企业总数的0.13％,但全部实现利税的60％以上,财政收入的80％左右,是由这些大中型国营企业提供的(据1989年资料)。因此,大中型国营企业的状况如何,对整个国民经济有着举足轻重的影响。从目前情况看,大中型国营企业的处境比较困难,尽管国家已经采取了一些措施,但总的状况尚未根本改观。
Recently, we have carried out typical investigations and data analysis on the status of some large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, and held discussions on relevant issues, learned about some situations, and produced some ideas. However, all of them have realized more than 60% of profits and taxes, and about 80% of their fiscal revenues are provided by these large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises. Judging from the current situation, the situation of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises is relatively difficult. Although the state has already taken some measures, the overall situation has not yet fundamentally changed.
