实训基地社会化运行机制研究是职业教育与企业及社会合作的关键点,是校企合作中一个重要的合作基础,是高职教育社会化的一个实践基点。从分析国内外研究现状入手,展开对适合空中乘务专业实训基地社会化运营机制的研究。结合社会角色理论对服务行业的指导研究,扩展社会化运营思维模式,大胆提出运营空姐体验中心的思路。
The study of socialized operation mechanism of training base is the key point of vocational education and enterprise and social cooperation. It is an important cooperation foundation in the cooperation between school and enterprise. It is a practical basis for the socialization of higher vocational education. Starting with the analysis of the research status at home and abroad, the research on the socialized operation mechanism suitable for the professional training base of aircrew service was started. Combined with the social role of the service industry to guide the study to expand the social operation mode of thinking, boldly put forward the idea of operating the flight attendant experience center.
