Medical staff are the workers engaged in medical activities and are also the disseminators of medical knowledge. Their understanding of the organ transplantation and the donation of the organ (body) behind the body, their attitude and behavior greatly affect the development of organ transplantation in China . In 2002-2003, the author conducted a questionnaire survey on the knowledge of body donation (K), attitude (A) and behavior (P) on the in-service medical personnel in two hospitals of different grades in Baoding area. The results showed that the medical staff in our country are not Generally accepted the concept of brain death, understanding of organ transplantation-related knowledge and attitude is not very optimistic. Therefore, it is suggested that relevant concepts of brain death and organ transplant legislation in advanced countries be compiled into textbooks or popular books to be included in the courses of medical students and continuing education of medical personnel so that medical personnel can be educated first, and then the knowledge can be transmitted to society so as to promote Organ transplantation, the process of organ donation.
