“对刀”是镗削工作中一项麻烦的操作。附图是笔者建议的镗杆结构及对刀分厘卡结构,能保证1~2级精度,并预先知道将要镗削的一刀完毕后的准确尺寸。现以φ80镗杆为例,将这工具的结构及使用说明如下。在镗杆的中心钻铰一φ80孔,将铣有平面的圆柱形刀头2装在孔内。支头螺丝3(M14×1.5)和带有内六角孔的支头螺丝1(M20×1.5)是调整和紧固刀头用的。专用分厘卡由一个拆去原架子不用的普通分厘卡7,另配以一个专用架子5组成。架子5用一块30毫米厚的40X钢板制成,并经过正火和调质处理。架子上车出一φ80圆弧,与镗杆精密滑配。同时按附图所示沿轴线方向车一小孔,与分厘卡7的杆部紧配,并
