以自制的聚醚链段为柔性链段、苯脂肪氨基为刚性链段的新型端脂肪氨基聚醚(APPEG)为固化剂制备了可室温固化的环氧树脂(E-44)胶粘剂,研究了环氧树脂增韧体系的微观形貌和力学性能。结果表明:固化剂对环氧树脂具有明显的增强、增韧效果,当APPEG与E-44的质量比为0.67∶1时,胶粘剂表现出最佳的综合力学性能;胶粘剂的玻璃化转变温度Tg为22℃,具有较好的耐温性和阻尼性能。
A series of epoxy resin (E-44) adhesives were prepared by using self-made polyether segment as soft segment and phenyl-aliphatic amino as rigid segment as new terminal aliphatic polyamino acid (APPEG) as curing agent. Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Epoxy Toughened System. The results show that the curing agent has obvious toughening and toughening effect on the epoxy resin. When the mass ratio of APPEG to E-44 is 0.67:1, the adhesive exhibits the best mechanical properties. The glass transition temperature Tg 22 ℃, with good temperature resistance and damping properties.
