目的:探讨建立一种气相色谱法测定油墨样品中苯系物的测定方法。方法:采用乙腈(1+1)—正己烷液液萃取,将苯系物从碱化后的样品中提取出,气相色谱定性定量苯、甲苯、乙苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯和邻二甲苯。结果:6种苯系物(上机液)的线性范围为10μg/ml~3000μg/ml,最低检出限为0.1 g/kg(实际样品),精密度RSD为4.3%~7.6%,加标回收率为89.2%~104.4%。结论:方法已成功应用于油墨样品的苯系物测定,结果较令人满意。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of benzene compounds in ink samples by gas chromatography. Methods: The liquid samples were extracted with acetonitrile (1 + 1) - n-hexane by liquid-liquid extraction. The products were extracted from the alkalized samples. The contents of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, p-xylene, m- Xylene. Results: The linear range of the six kinds of benzene series was 10μg / ml ~ 3000μg / ml, the lowest detection limit was 0.1 g / kg (real sample), the RSD of precision was 4.3% -7.6% The recovery rate was 89.2% ~ 104.4%. Conclusion: The method has been successfully applied to the determination of benzene series of ink samples with satisfactory results.
