近年来,上海市杨浦区纪委、监察局紧贴反腐倡廉新形势和廉政教育新任务,扎实推进廉政文化建设,使领导干部廉洁自律意识逐步加强,崇尚廉洁的社会风尚逐步形成。区纪委、监察局贯彻落实《上海市加强廉政文化建设的实施意见》,在各单位各部门成立廉政文化建设领导机构,规定党政“一把手”是廉政文化建设第一责任人,明确廉政文化建设的指导思想、主要任务、工作目标和推进措施。每年制定廉政文化建设工作计划,确定重点工作项目,逐项分解,明确牵头负责单位和完成时限。建立考核评估机制,制定廉政文化建设评估办法,将评估结果纳入每年的惩防体系绩效测评、党风廉政建设责任制和纪检监察工作年度考核。
