中药复方喉咽宁由土牛膝、马兰、车前、天名精为主组成。经临床验证对急、慢性扁桃体炎,咽喉炎有较好疗效。本试验从解热、抗炎、镇痛、抑菌探讨其作用机理,并心血管效应,急性、亚急性毒性。 材料 实验用喉咽宁由湖南零陵地区制药厂提供,该品为50％深棕色中草药提取液(1ml相当于0.5g生药的水提液)。致热原用浓吸百白破三联菌苗(卫生部武汉生物制品研究所,批号:8806)。抑菌试验用菌株为北京生物制品检定所标准菌株,由省卫生防疫站提供。实验动物购自本校动物室,动物体重:小白鼠15～30g,大白鼠100～170g,家兔1.2～1.6kg。

Bacteriostatic test strains for the Beijing Institute of Biological Products standard strain, provided by the provincial health and epidemic prevention station. Experimental animals were purchased from our school animal room, animal weight: mice 15 ~ 30g, rats 100 ~ 170g, rabbits 1.2 ~ 1.6kg.
