骑自行车在我国甚为普及,在不少地区,自行车已成为人们上下班和运输的主要交通工具。特别是近年来,骑自行车长途旅游、考察的人也越来越多。骑自行车虽然是很好的健身运动,但若无预防,也能导致损伤,并且随着骑车爱好者的增多,骑车性伤病也有增多趋势。因此,应予以重视。现将几种不易被人们所注意的骑车慢性损伤的原因和预防简介如下: 一、髌骨劳损:通俗地说,就是膝盖骨劳损,是最常见的一种慢性损伤。主要症状是骑车后膝软、膝痛,重者膝关节内出现积液、大腿前部肌肉萎缩等。产生的原因有三:第一是车座太低,致使蹬车肘膝关节过度屈曲,而使膝盖骨与股骨相应的关节面过度摩擦和捻错所致;第二是使用低转速高阻力的自行车(加
