目的探讨超声引导下亚甲蓝染色定位在触诊阴性乳腺病灶切除术中的应用价值。方法超声体检发现乳腺病灶而触诊阴性乳腺肿瘤患者42例(53个病灶),行病灶切除术前30min于超声引导下向病灶注射质量分数1%亚甲蓝染色定位。结果 53个病灶超声引导下亚甲蓝染色定位后均准确、完整切除;组织病理诊断为乳腺浸润性导管癌6个,乳腺浸润性小叶癌2个,乳腺纤维瘤33个,乳腺导管内乳头状瘤7个,乳腺不典型增生5个。结论超声引导下亚甲蓝染色可准确定位并指导触诊阴性乳腺病灶完整切除,还可早期诊断并及时治疗微小乳腺癌。
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound-guided methylene blue staining in excision of palpation-negative breast lesions. Methods Forty-two patients (53 lesions) with palpable breast lesions and palpation-negative breast tumors were examined by sonography. The lesion was injected with 1% methylene blue by ultrasound-guided injection under the guidance of ultrasound 30 min before the resection. Results 53 lesions were accurately and completely excised with methylene blue staining under ultrasound guidance. The histopathology was diagnosed as 6 breast invasive ductal carcinoma, 2 breast lobular carcinoma, 33 breast fibroadenoma, Tumor 7, atypical hyperplasia of breast 5. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided methylene blue staining can accurately locate and guide palpation-negative breast lesions complete resection, but also early diagnosis and timely treatment of breast cancer.
