Objective To evaluate the accuracy of 64-slice CT gastric imaging in determining the depth of gastric wall invasion in gastric cancer patients according to the 7th edition of the AJCC tumor staging guidelines. Methods A total of 127 patients with gastric cancer were enrolled in the study. Both esophageal-gastric gastroduodenoscopy and 64-slice CT were completed. Two radiologists detected gastric cancer and T staging independent preoperative CT images. Calculate the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, and overall accuracy of each reader for T-staging of gastric cancer. Results All 127 cases of stomach were detected by CT imaging
