随着医学科学的不断发展,只关心获得性疾病的时代已在变化。大量的资料表明,由感染等原因造成儿童死亡的病例逐年减少,而因先天畸形和遗传性疾病造成的死亡病例不仅末见减少,且有上升的趋势。北京市八医院1117例围产儿死亡中,先天畸形占首位①.在英国,约有1.400万儿童,近30年来,因各种感染死亡的由每年21.000降至3.300.
With the continuous development of medical science, the era of concern for acquired diseases has changed. A large amount of data shows that the number of cases of child death caused by infections and other causes has been decreasing year by year, and the number of deaths caused by congenital malformations and hereditary diseases has not only decreased but also risen upward. Among the 1117 perinatal deaths in Beijing’s eight hospitals, congenital malformations make up the first place.1 In the United Kingdom, about 1.4 million children have died of various infections from 21.000 to 3.300 in the past 30 years.
