肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)是一种由多种免疫细胞分泌的促炎细胞因子。实验证明TNF-α及其受体不仅在类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者的组织中高表达,而且参与关节炎症、关节破坏和相关复合病变的发生。因此,TNF-α阻断已经成功应用于RA治疗。口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)是一种病因不明的皮肤黏膜慢性免疫炎症性疾病,细胞因子变化与OLP发病密切相关。近年来,TNF-α在OLP发病机制中的作用引起广泛关注。TNF-α阻断疗法在RA中的应用给OLP的治疗带来新的启示。本文就TNF-α在RA和OLP中的作用及治疗前景作一综述。
Tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) is a proinflammatory cytokine secreted by a variety of immune cells. Experiments show that TNF-α and its receptor are not only highly expressed in the tissues of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), but also involved in joint inflammation, joint destruction and related compound lesions. Therefore, TNF-α blockade has been successfully applied to RA therapy. Oral lichen planus (OLP) is a chronic immunoinflammatory disease of unknown skin and mucous membrane. The changes of cytokines are closely related to the pathogenesis of OLP. In recent years, the role of TNF-α in the pathogenesis of OLP aroused widespread attention. The application of TNF-α blockade therapy in RA brings new inspiration to the treatment of OLP. This article reviews the role of TNF-α in RA and OLP and its therapeutic prospects.
