Doctors in factories and mines hospitals are incumbent on handling injuries and sickness of employees. This is an important matter that is directly related to the vital interests of the wounded and sick and the production of the enterprise. It is also a relatively complicated matter. Often inexperienced doctors enter factories and mines and hospitals often find it difficult to do so. Poor treatment of patients has opinions, production units have reflected, and they also have brains. However, such an important issue has not been valued by the medical community.
