目的:评估视网膜中央动阻塞后视力的可恢复性。方法:对发病后视力为无光感、光感、手动和指数的56例60只眼治疗前后视力变化和视网膜循环时间进行了观察。结果:60只眼中视力为无光感者18只眼,丧失视力的时间中位数为45天;光感至指数者42只眼,丧失视力的时间中位数为5天。在经过平均27.8天的观察后,无光感的18只眼中有12只眼的视力增进至光感与0.03之间;光感至指数的42只眼中有40只眼的视力增进至手动至0.7之间。35只眼治疗前后眼底荧光血管造影资料统计表明,10只无光感眼中视网膜循环时间平均缩短(1.5±1.1)秒(P<0.01);光感至指数的25只眼平均缩短(1.3±1.0)秒(P<0.001)。结论:视网膜中央动脉阻塞患者已丧失的视力具有一定的可恢复性。
Objective: To assess the visual acuity recoverability after central retinal artery occlusion. Methods: Visual acuity changes and retinal circulation time were observed in 56 eyes (56 eyes) with no visual acuity, sensation of light, manualness and exponential function.
