风信子是群众欢迎的一种球根花卉,上海市原是我国唯一的风信子生产基地,后来逐渐失去了生产能力,市场上已断销24年。1985—1987年三年来不断引进新品种,并采用土壤消毒等措施,已使生产面积恢复十二亩,为历史最高面积的30％。针对繁殖率低的问题,进行了鳞片组织培养研究,在BA和根皮苷的配合下,诱发了大量小鳞茎,随即生根成苗。与风信子自然分球繁殖比较,因品种而异,繁殖率可提高20—300倍,与国外同类研究相
Hyacinth is a bulbous flower welcomed by the masses. Shanghai was originally the only hyacinth production base in China, but gradually lost its production capacity. It has been on sale for 24 years on the market.
