对原发开角青光眼和高眼压症患者进行了稳态图形视网膜电流图(p-ERG)及图形翻转视觉诱发电位(P-VEP)检查。从电生理方面探讨青光眼的早期损害,及这一损害与视野缺损和视盘损害的相关性。结果表明,青光眼和高眼压症患者稳态P-ERG各空间频率振幅均下降,与对照组比较其差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。除最低空间频率(0.07周/度)外,其余各空间频率P-ERG振幅与视野平均丢失呈负相关;P-ERG振幅与杯盘比值未显示相关性。青光眼组和高眼压症组的P-VEP检测结果与对照组差异无显著性。
Steady-state pattern retinal current pattern (p-ERG) and graph-inverted visual evoked potential (P-VEP) were examined in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension. From the electrophysiological aspects of early glaucoma damage, and this damage and visual field defects and optic disc damage correlation. The results showed that the steady-state P-ERG spatial frequency amplitude decreased in patients with glaucoma and ocular hypertension, compared with the control group, the difference was highly significant (P <0.01). Except for the lowest spatial frequency (0.07 cycles / degree), the amplitude of P-ERG in other spatial frequencies was negatively correlated with the average loss of visual field. The correlation between amplitude of P-ERG and cup-to-disk ratio was not significant. The results of P-VEP in glaucoma and ocular hypertension group showed no significant difference compared with the control group.
