柿为我国栽培较为广泛的果树,分甜柿和涩柿。甜柿从树上采下不用人工脱涩,直接可食;涩柿采收后,须人工脱涩放软后方可食用。我国传统栽植的多为涩柿,近年来,甜柿作为一种新兴果品,正在成为发展热点。因此,只要选好地点,选好品种,规模栽植,科学管理,栽植甜柿无疑是一项高效种植业。
