分步结算模式是信阳供电公司基建部响应电网基建管理快速化、集约化要求,积极应对工程结算与施工现场管理脱节、竣工结算管理滞后问题,加强工程造价过程控制而采取的管理创新模式。通过在110kV工程中实施分步结算管理,不仅实现了造价控制目标,而且减轻了工程竣工后结算审核的工作量,缩短了结算上报周期,达到了提高结算效率之目的。
The step-by-step settlement mode is the management innovation mode adopted by the infrastructure department of Xinyang Power Supply Company in response to the rapid and intensive management of infrastructure construction in power grids and actively responding to the problems of project settlement and construction site management being out of date, and the settlement of project settlement management being lagging and the project cost control being strengthened. Through the implementation of step-by-step settlement management in 110kV project, not only the goal of cost control has been achieved, but also the workload of settlement audit after project completion has been reduced, the settlement reporting cycle has been shortened and the settlement efficiency has been raised.
