用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）获得抗－ＨＢｓ单克隆抗体Ｆｖ段轻、重链基因，经连接后形成一条单链含轻、重链的Ｆｖ基因（ＳｃＦｖ），并在重组－噬菌体－抗体系统（ＲＰＡＳ）中获得表达，用酶联免疫吸附法（ＥＬＩＳＡ）证明表达的Ｆｖ段具有特异性抗原结合活性。
Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to obtain the light and heavy chain genes of the anti-HBs monoclonal antibody Fv, which were ligated to form a single chain light and heavy chain containing the Fv gene (ScFv) and expressed in a recombinant phage-antibody system (RPAS). The expressed Fv fragment was proved to have specific antigen-binding activity by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
