2017年一季度天津产业形势呈现三个特点:行业发展呈现分化趋势、动能转化带动产业转型、创新融合催生新型业态,然而从结构来看,天津的产业结构仍然存在长期与短期的系列问题。为此,本文提出了加紧落实京津冀协同发展、加大力度推动新旧动能转换等建议。
In the first quarter of 2017, the industrial situation in Tianjin showed three characteristics: the development of the industry showed a trend of differentiation; the conversion of kinetic energy led the industrial restructuring; and the innovation and integration spawned a new type of format. From the perspective of structure, however, there were still long-term and short-term series of problems in Tianjin’s industrial structure. Therefore, this paper puts forward some suggestions such as stepping up the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and intensifying efforts to promote the conversion of old and new kinetic energy.
