SF_1是正常人精浆经Sephadex G100分离所得的第一组分。采用体内及体外途径,将SF_1作用于Balb/c小鼠巨噬细胞,实验证明SF_1对小鼠两种来源的巨噬细胞—腹腔巨噬细胞(PEC—Mφ)及骨髓细胞经体外培养衍生的巨噬细胞(BM—Mφ)均有明显的抑制作用,表现为Mφ吞噬抗体致敏羊红细胞(EA)的吞噬率及吞噬指数(PI)均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),並且抑制程度随SF_1浓度升高而逐渐明显;SF_1作用后的Mφ表面Fc受体及C_3b受体也明显受抑,表现为EA—花环及Yc—花环形成率降低(P<0.01)。此外,SF_1作用后的Mφ还表现表面皱褶减少及胞内空泡增加等超微结构的形态学改变。
SF_1 is the first component isolated from normal human seminal plasma by Sephadex G100. In vivo and in vitro, SF_1 was administered to Balb / c mouse macrophages. The results showed that SF_1 induced the migration of macrophage-peritoneal macrophages (PEC-Mφ) and myeloid cells Macrophage (BM-Mφ). The phagocytic rate and phagocytic index (PI) of Mφ-sensitized sheep erythrocytes (EA) were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.01) The level of SF_1 was gradually increased with the increase of SF_1 concentration; the expression of Fc receptor and C_3b receptor of Mφ was also significantly inhibited after treatment with SF_1, and the formation rate of EA-rosette and Yc-rosette decreased (P <0.01). In addition, the effect of SF_1 on Mφ also showed the morphological changes of the ultrastructure, such as the reduction of surface folds and the increase of intracellular vacuoles.
